I was having fun last night trying to knock off the “ring rust” acquired over the past 16 months. At 60 years old and 25 pounds overweight, I still love working in the ring. Eric in the green shirt is coming along quickly and loves learning new skills. We even worked on illegal punches last night. Notice that we are at about 50% power as we are training and not fighting.
You can train everyday by working out, hitting the bags, and practicing punches, but until you get in the ring and try your best, you’ll never know what you’re missing.
